Calabrian 8C Wood Oven and Piedmonte 8C.
Internal cooking floor dimensions:
D: 1050mm x W: 950mm
A mid range size wood oven, capable of cooking 4/5 large pizzas at once (in 2 minutes).
Price: $5390 inc gst for the prefabricated internal refractory components - walls/ceiling, entrance, door, oven floor
Installation Kit: $540 inc gst includes standard stainless steel flue (200mm diameter x 900mm) & rain cap, s/st strip, vermiculite, wire mesh, ceramic blanket. These can be sourced locally.
Other material to complete the outer insulation layer of the wood oven approx. $250 exc gst. (including Handicrete, mixed washed sand, cement - easily sourced from yr local hardware)
Door opening: 430mm W x 310mm H
Dome internal height: 470mm H
Completed weight: approx 850kg
Platform requirements: 1300 W x 1500mm D (minimum footprint). Platform not included in pricing.
NB: The PIEDMONTE 8C has all the same dimensions and specifications as the Calabrian 8C - except the door detail.
Door opening: 600mm W x 310mm H; and it hinges from the bottom.
You can build yourself with our step by step guide and our complete installation kit or we provide a full custom installation service if required.
We recommend covering the wood oven as winter rain restricts its useage.
